Hi, I'm Jo
I built Find Her Awesome for women who look fine on the outside but feel a little off on the inside.
Women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond who have done all the right things, met their responsibilities, kept life running, and then quietly started to wonder:
Is this it?
For a long time I thought feeling unsettled meant something was wrong with me. I thought I needed a better plan, more motivation, or a clearer goal.
What I really needed was space to listen to myself again.
That realisation changed everything.
Why this space exists
Most places on the internet want to fix you, motivate you, or push you into action.
This space is different.
It’s here for women who don’t need more pressure or more noise.
Women who want to slow down, get honest with themselves, and figure out what actually matters now.
Not with big promises.
Not with loud advice.
Just with gentle questions and thoughtful pathways.
A little about me
I’ve lived a full, responsible adult life. I’ve worked hard, raised a family, shown up for others, and built a career that looked solid from the outside.
And like many women, I reached a point where I realised I’d been taking care of everyone else for so long that I’d stopped paying attention to myself.
I didn’t need to blow up my life.
I just needed to come back to it differently.
Find Her Awesome grew out of that experience.
It’s a place for women who are thoughtful, tired of hype, and ready to hear their own voice again.
What you’ll find here
You won’t find quick fixes or loud confidence talk.
You will find:
– honest reflections
– simple ideas to explore
– permission to take your time
– gentle ways to reconnect with yourself
Some women come here curious about new directions.
Some come looking for a fresh sense of purpose.
Some just want to feel a little more like themselves again.
All of it is welcome.
Where to begin
If you’re new here, the best first step is my free 5-day email series.
One short email a day.
No pressure.
Just a calm place to start making sense of what you’re feeling.
Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here.
Jo
